hi to all!!

M laptop with internal Intel 2100b wireless card ipw2100 (802.11b only), which works very well under Linux with WPA. But when I ran OpenSolaris (the last SXDE with b70) I cannot connect to my WPA protected network, so this is a problem for me :-(

In this scenario, running nwamd (as default in OS), running this commands:

dladm create-secobj -c wpa mykey
dladm connect-wifi -e mywirelessap -k mykey
dladm: cannot connect link 'ipw0': operation not permited

(the bssid is hiden and dladm cannot find it, so I will use another command):

dladm connect-wifi -i XX:XX:bf:e2:9e:XX -s wpa -k mykey
dladm: cannot connect link 'ipw0': operation not permited

got the same error :-(

If you need some other info, please reply me;

Thank you very much!

Solaris ipw driver doesn't support WPA yet, it was port from BSD. We need
to have algorithm supported firstly, then implement the drivers' part.
AFAIK, wpad enhancement is going to be integrated soon - together with wpi
and ral firstly, then we will work on other drivers.
