Public libdlpi documents

OpenSolaris networking community,
As part of the Clearview project
(http://www.opensolaris.org/os/project/clearview), the libdlpi.so APIs
are being re-designed and made available for public use by external DLPI
applications. The APIs are undergoing review and your feedback is most
welcome.
The libdlpi architecture document and the proposed API man pages of
libdlpi.so are available at:
http://www.opensolaris.org/os/project/clearview/libdlpi
These documents are being written for PSARC review and they refer to
PSARC cases which aren't available to the community.
