Oh, I think we can grow faster, too. I agree. Also, I agree with your B
and C, but I'm not sure about A just yet, though.

b) has obviously a positive effect
c) is, I think, mostly irrelevant but has no negative effect

a) will have both positive and negative effects and carries a huge risk
