review request: changes to sendmail documentation

I've created a short pdf version of the changes to the sendmail
documentation for build 90. Please see:

The modifications include: a section describing the code changes; a new task map that includes all of the documented procedures that modify the sendmail configuration files; and two new procedures: "How to Automatically Rebuild a Configuration File" and "How to Use sendmail in the Open Mode".

The rest of the material are procedures that had not been combined into one section. Any and all comments will be greatly appreciated.
