For example: ==== Check lists of files ==== /export5/my_ws/usr/src/tools/findunref/exception_list:35: ./src/OPENSOLARIS.LICENSE /export5/my_ws/usr/src/tools/findunref/exception_list:48: ./src/cmd/oawk/EXPLAIN /export5/my_ws/usr/src/tools/findunref/exception_list:49: ./src/cmd/rpcsvc/nis/rpc.nisd/resolv_server/DNS_FWD /export5/my_ws/usr/src/tools/findunref/exception_list:50: ./src/cmd/vi/port/ex.news /export5/my_ws/usr/src/tools/findunref/exception_list:51: ./src/uts/common/io/dktp/controller/ata/capacity.notes (etc.) My apologies for that. You'll get these messages if you use the old tools on a post-6346595 workspace. You'll get similar messages if you use the new tools on a pre-6346595 workspace. The messages are annoying, but they don't indicate a problem with your build. My earlier heads-up mail neglected to mention that checkpaths(1) got updated, as well as nightly(1) and wx(1). So even if you use the nightly(1) that corresponds to your workspace, you could still get the errors because of an old checkpaths(1). If you have a local /opt/onbld installed, upgrading to the latest SUNWonbld (available from /ws/onnv-gate/public/packages) should make the messages go away.
