heads-up: clone of gate after split-tree incompleteDate: Thu, 22 Dec 2005 12:15:19 -0800 From: Danek Duvall <danek dot duvall at sun dot com> To: onnv-gate at onnv dot eng dot sun dot com Subject: heads-up: clone of gate after split-tree incomplete For all those who might have brought over from the clone between 11pm and 6:30am Pacific time this past evening, you will need to do it again. I goofed, and forgot that the cloning operation specifically pulled usr/src instead of using the default in Codemgr_wsdata/args, and no newly created files under usr/closed were pulled. Building from the original clone will fail. Re-pulling just usr/closed should be sufficient, but I have not tested that. In particular, maintainers of remote clones should do this, so that their consumers aren't busted. Note that the clone contains Rod's putback from 11:30 last night, which is outside the normal bounds of the clone. I hope this doesn't screw anyone up, either. Apologies, Danek |
