Subject: Flag Day: 6325149 sun4v code should be built using the standard assembler

The putback of
	6325149 sun4v code should be built using the standard assembler

constitutes a flag day for all build machine maintainers, and a heads-up
for ON developers.

With this putback the sun4v code is assembled using the standard
assembler on a build system. The minimum version of the assembler on
build system should be:
	$ /usr/ccs/bin/as -V
	/usr/ccs/bin/as: Sun Compiler Common 10 snv_14 04/25/2005

If the assembler is older, update by installing latest SUNWsprot package
from WOS or execute /ws/onnv-gate/public/bin/update_devpro script.
