Heads up: bugster email notifications not workingDate: Mon, 14 Aug 2006 11:39:04 -0700 (PDT) From: Valerie Anne Bubb <Valerie.Bubb at Sun dot COM> To: on-all at Sun dot COM, onnv-gate at onnv dot eng dot sun dot com Subject: Heads up: bugster email notifications not working Hello everybody, If you depend on email from bugster to notify you of critical updates, such as when a bug is assigned to you, please be aware that apparently with the last push of new bugster code, responsible engineers stopped receiving email notifications. Please see this P1 bug for more details: 6459608 BT not sending email to responsible engineer The BT2.0 team is treating this as an emergency bug fix and is working with the company that supports code changes in bugster on resolving this as soon as possible. Until this is resolved, you will need to use Bugster's default query: "My Unresolved CRs - Engineer" to see which bugs are assigned to you & check recent updates. A workaround is to additionally add yourself to the interest list of any CRs that you are the Responsible Engineer for.
