Subject: heads up: simulated OpenSolaris builds

My recent putback of

6374716 need way to simulate OpenSolaris build

added a new "-S O" option to nightly(1). This option simulates an
OpenSolaris build, using just the open source part of the tree. If
you are making coordinated changes to the open and closed source trees
(usr/src and usr/closed), please do a "nightly -S O" run sometime
prior to RTI, to make sure you haven't broken the build for external
developers.

Note that this putback involves changes to other ON build tools
besides nightly(1). If you want to try out "nightly -S O" with an old
SUNWonbld, be sure to use -t in your NIGHTLY_OPTIONS.

PS. If you're waiting for the nightly(1) option to generate
OpenSolaris-friendly BFU archives, that's what I'm working on next.
