Subject: Heads up: Multi-pil and Unlimited softint support for SPARC

You can safely ignore this message if you do not work with hardware or software
interrupts on SPARC platforms.

With the putback of

6402328 Add multi-pil and unlimited softint support for SPARC

Solaris Nevada now supports dedicated interrupt priorities for shared interrupts
on SPARC platforms, i.e, ISRs (interrupt service routines) of individual device
drivers sharing the same wire or interrupt mondo no longer have to share the
same interrupt priority. It now also supports unlimited software interrupts
which was previously limited to around 200. A new kmdb/mdb interrupt dcmd
"vecint" is introduced to display hardware interrupts as well as enhancements
to the existing interrupt dcmds, as shown below.

::vecint shows all active hardware interrupts
::softint shows all active software interrupts
::interrupts	shows all active PCI or PCI Express interrupts

This is a transparent upgrade for all users and systems will continue to
function as they previously have. Nothing will be needed to enable these
features for people who bfu or do a cap-eye installation.
