Heads Up: DTrace tests suite built by default

Subject: Heads Up: DTrace tests suite built by default

The DTrace test suite, which lives in ON, is now being built by default
since my recent integration of this bug:

  6534991 prepare the DTrace test suite for PIT

Systems upgraded with BFU will have an /opt/SUNWdtrt directory installed
that contains the DTrace test suite. If you're making changes in an area
of ON that you feel may affect DTrace, I highly recommend you run the
test suite. Instructions and further information can be found here:
