Heads Up: tnamed bfu change

Subject: Heads Up: tnamed bfu change

I just putback the change to remove in.tnamed (Death to IEN-116!) from
Nevada.  If you bfu, you want to make sure you get the latest bfu from
the gate, otherwise it will leave a stale instance of tnamed  configured
in SMF.
