                Libdevinfo minor flag day
      
My recent putback of fixes for

   6568016 libdevinfo should export devinfo node's flags field
   6568017 libdevinfo should check snapshot version

is a minor flag day for (Cap-Eye) Install users and developers who work 
on either libdevinfo or the devinfo driver. This putback bumps up the 
devinfo snapshot version and requires that a matched pair of libdevinfo 
and the devinfo driver be used to get correct information from the 
snapshot. If you use (Cap-Eye) Install or work with individual  
libdevinfo or devinfo driver binaries, ensure that you use matching 
versions or else libdevinfo will misbehave. As usual no action is 
necessary if you use bfu - it will do the right thing.

In addition, snapshot version checking has now been added to libdevinfo. 
The new libdevinfo will fail gracefully if the snapshot version does not 
match the snapshot version compiled into libdevinfo.
