Heads up for snapshot users (onnv-79 and onnv-80)

Subject: Heads up for snapshot users (onnv-79 and onnv-80)


This is a Belated heads up for snapshot users.

We have locked bringovers from Build 79 and build 80 Snapshots
permanently.

Why did we do this?

The sources for Build 79 and Build 80 diverged when we had to back out
the iwk driver, which had Licensing and legal related issues. The 
divergence in this context means that some files have different deltas.
