Subject: Heads up: ixgbe nic driver

With the recent integration of:

     PSARC 2007/611 Intel 10GbE PCIE NIC Driver
     6574882 Solaris need to support Intel 82598 10GbE

The new NIC driver ixgbe(7D) is introduced into Solaris. The ixgbe
driver supports the Intel 82598 PCI-Express 10 Gigabit Ethernet NIC, and
it is based on GLDv3.

Please file bugs against solaris/driver/ixgbe if you find some. Please
contact nic-china-staff at sun dot com if you need more information about this
driver.
