The putback for:

  CR 6724162 additional field needed in project private 
library-to-infiniband_driver interface

represents a flag day for users of the uDAPL library (InfiniBand).

BFU users need not worry, but Install users should.

A private interface between the udapl_tavor.so.1 library and the tavor
driver has changed.  So, you need to pick up a matched set (both from
before this putback, or both from after).
