Advocacy Community Group

Our Charter

The Cleveland OpenSolaris User Group's (COSUG) charter is to drive OpenSolaris awareness amongst student and professional communities in the region. We want to increase OpenSolaris adoption in small businesses, large enterprise and local universities. The over-arching premise is to build technical competency of OpenSolaris and increase adoption in the region.

Join Our Community ... Spread the Word

Please consider joining the group, participate and contribute as we develop the OpenSolaris community in Northern Ohio.

The email alias for the Cleveland OpenSolaris User Group is hosted at opensolaris.org. To subscribe, visit the mail list administration site ug-cleosug. Announcements and news will be sent to this list.

The initial phase of growth and awareness will focus on building membership and support from the university and business communities. Phase two will focus on activities and events to further promote OpenSolaris in the region.

Spread the word!
