The Trusted Platform Module project is chartered to create TPM drivers and a software stack that supports the profiles and protocols of the Trusted Computing Group.

The first phases of the project will be focused on creating drivers for TPM devices that come on some Sun hardware platforms. Additionally, these TPM devices should interface with the Solaris cryptographic framework. TCG software stacks can then be built using existing frameworks in Solaris (Crypto Framework, Key Management Framework, etc).
